Refund policy

If you wish to return your online purchase for any reason, you must do so with 14 days to The Bag Shop GY 19A Regent Rd. Great Yarmouth. NR30 2AF. Or in person to our store: The Bag Shop GY, at the same address as above. Refunds will only be issued on items returned to us in the same unused condition that you received it. All items must still have the tags attached & in the original packaging.

We cannot refund Gift Vouchers

Once your return has been received & inspected we will contact you to notify you that your item has been received & approved. We will refund your money back to you via your original payment method.

All returns are sent back at the expense of the customer, and advise that you request either a tracking number or proof of postage.

We cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
